A 2010 Holiday Gift Guide Pick from "And Twins make 5!"

Do you drive your kids to school in the morning all showered, dressed, and made up for the day? Or do you perhaps occasionally throw a coat on over your pajamas and random shoes as you are running out the door?
I was sent some slippers called Oobees to try out recently and they've become my "quick grab" option when running my kids about. They've also become the preferred footwear to don when taking out the trash, walking the dog, grabbing something for the garage, or even standing in the kitchen for a while.
What sets Oobees a part from the average slippers is that they truly can handle walking about outdoors without wearing out the sole in a month. Oobees have a durable 1 1/2 inch chunky sole that can withstand the elements and provide a lot of cushion in the process. Another added is plus, is this 1 1/2 inchsole adds some height for us vertically challenged girls.
Despite these differences from the average slipper, Oobees still has a thing or two in common. Oobees provide your foot a very cozy comfortable haven via soft faux fur and their ultra cushy foam insoles that mold to your feet upon wearing. They also have the fun slipper look that we all love in about a dozen different colors and patterns.
Be warned, if you have a daughter you might as well buy her a pair when you buy yours. My almost 9 year old, Cordelia, snags them constantly. She ADORES the fact that they make her taller and that they are cute and comfy too. It's a good thing Oobees are available in girl's sizes too.
