Two older brothers, two younger brothers, our sweet Cordelia is 9 years old today. And oh my how our little princess has grown! The sweetest daughter two parents could ask for, Cordelia has sprouted and blossomed into our fun loving little tween.
A bit about our Cordelia:
Excellent student makes the list, she received A's with one B on her recent report card despite her share of absences due to her asthma.
Her love for dance is quite impressive, she dances 4 days a week and practices extensively at home. Better still, she never complains about missing an occasional party or school event for competitions. Hip Hop is her favorite of them all.
Helpful older sister to her two twin brothers, she is fondly known as their SissyMom. She watches out for them, plays with them, reads to them, and has even kissed some "ouchies", and changed a wet diaper or two. Their love for her is obvious, she's frequently ordered by them to "sit" so she'll stay around.
As for her younger sister role, she's supportive of her big brothers attending their sporting events, tolerating their addiction to buffalo wings, and even occasionally helping out with the illustration of their homework assignments.
Passionate about fashion, art, dolls, chocolate, and horses; an organized room is not always her thing. Instead we frequently find a trail indicating what she's recently made, done, eaten, and worn.
And as much as we love our Cordelia just the way she is, I'd be remiss not to mention her stubborn streak and her insanely annoying picky eater habits.
And what made Cordelia's 9th birthday present list this year? A camera of her own and fashion related toys. Happy 9th Birthday, Cordelia!
