BornFree, a baby brand specializing in products that are 100 percent free of BPA, Phthalates and PVC, announced the launch of three new products: The Twist’n Pop Straw Cup; BPA-Free CoolFlow Pacifier; and BPA-Free Clear Pacifier.
We were recently sent one of the yellow Twist’n Pop Straw Cups to test out and have been fighting over it ever since. Twin 23 month old boys sharing and taking turns with a really cool cup, not going to happen. (Not at our house anyway.) I see a trip to the local Target or BabiesRus in my immediate future.
The generously sized 14 fl oz toddler cup has a twist straw mouth with a pop-up soft silicone straw that keeps the straw clean when not in use and reduces possible spills in transit. I wonder if BornFree realizes that the twisting of the top to reveal and hide the straw over and over is also a huge source of entertainment?
Thankfully, the cup has removable parts for easy clean up too because difficulty in cleaning is the one thing that can be a drawback to these straw type cups. This one isn't too bad.
Another plus, the bottle is ergonomic in design making it easy for a child to grip and hold on to (even when their twin brother is desperately trying to yank it from them). Gotta love twins?
