After redeeming a couple vouchers provided to me to enable this review. I found that the offerings from Farm Rich are perfect for last minute gatherings, quick lunches, or even instant dinners for just the kids or the whole crew. There are cheese sticks, philly cheese steaks, quesadillas, meatballs, peppers, mozzarella bites, pizza slices, sandwich melts, mushrooms, and more.
We've sampled the meatballs and quesadillas so far and both were a hit. We cooked the meatballs in the microwave with a little red sauce drizzled on top and served them up for lunch on a bun. This was an especially big hit with my teen and pre teen sons are a bit "sandwiched out" after brown bag lunches all year. The quesadillas were also a hit with a side of salsa and ranch dressing for dunking. My twins like everything twice as much when it is able to be dunked easily.
