I missed it! Don't you hate when you miss a reason to celebrate. Apparently May 18th was deemed "I love Reese’s Day" after nearly 40,000 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup fans showed their support by signing an online petition to create this new holiday.
But, it's not a total loss ... "I Love Reese’s Day" also kicks off the Reese’s Loves You Back on-pack, instant-win promotion that will give away up to $2 million in cash prizes through December 31, 2010. During this promotion, specially marked products will potentially give away cash prizes in $10, $25 and $100 increments.
In fact, Reese's loves you back enough that they are even providing us with some specially marked Reese's candy items to give away to our readers. (Yum! I also received a couple Reese cups myself as a thanks for sharing this info thing, but we aren't mentioning that to the rest of the household.)
