What's on Mommy's iPod this week? One eskimO

When it comes to music, I'd say my taste is all over the place.  I tend to pick genres based on the time of the day or even the occasion.  There is driving in my car music, bath time music, glass of wine with hubby music, gathering music ...  Favorite artists tend to be the ones that offer selections that I can fit into multiple lists.  One Eskimo is my latest find to appear on multiple lists.


One eskimO is a critically-acclaimed English band fronted by singer-songwriter Kristian Leontiou and includes musicians Pete Rinaldi (guitar), Jamie Sefton (bass, horns) and Adam Falkner (drums).  I was approached by One2One Network about the opportunity to review One eskimo's entire album and jumped at the chance since I was already a fan of hit song "Kandi" from it.  You may know the song, see the video here.

Additional songs from the album include; Hometime, Astronauts (which is another favorite of mine), Slip, Simple Day, Givin Up, Chocolate (love this one too), All Balloons, Chosen One, UFO, and Amazing.

I'd actually love to see them in concert, but they aren't scheduled to come to Chicago as of yet.  Here's where they will be:
