But this isn't just another ordinary toothbrush, it's a Firefly. The Firefly toothbrushes are equipped with a colorful light-up timer that flashes for a minute. As you likely know, a minute is the length of time needed to brush one row of teeth thoroughly. Kid's can then start the flash up for the bottom row and brush again. Officially done, but at our house this is when the real fun begins.
Just for fun, we turn off the lights and activate the toothbrush again for a third time for a little brushing in the dark action. This is the part the twins love the most and I'm all about making important stuff fun.
Firefly kid's toothbrushes are the number one selling toothbrush at Target. At a cost of .98 cents each for a toothbrush that lasts three months, that comes to me as no surprise.
