Another Sunrise for Capri Sun Pouches @ Terracycle.net

Have you heard?  Your school or non-profit organization can earn cash for helping upcycle CAPRI SUN pouches into cool gear.  We did our part to get the message out on Halloween.  Thanks to some items sent by Kraft / Capri Sun we were able to pass out some Capri Sun logo gear along with this message. 
Additionally my 12 year old son, Hayden, has taken it upon himself to make his school aware of the program.  Hayden doesn't mess around when it comes to conserving and protecting the land either.  In fact, he expressed his environmental awareness placing in the top 6 for an essay contest held by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency this year.

My daughter, Cordelia did her part too.  She helped spread the news as well by using an upcycled Capri Sun tote to collect trick-or-treating loot.  She also passed out upcycled pencil cases to handful of friends.

My turn, I am spreading the word by telling all of you.

2. Start Saving Pouches. Have your group collect and send as many empty pouches as possible to TerraCycle — they even pay the postage!
3. Everybody Wins! Your pouches get made into awesome school gear and other cool products, and your school or non-profit organization gets money while kids learn a great lesson about helping the planet.

Pouches that would have gone to landfills are now going to much better use!
Homework Folders - Take assignments home in style.
Tote Bags - Bring them to the grocery store to save plastic bags.
Lunchboxes - Keep your CAPRI SUN cold in a lunchbox made of upcycled pouches.
