Bialetti Aeternum Cookware

A 2010 Holiday Gift Guide Pick from "And Twins make 5!"
I'll likely sound like an infomercial, but I am going to say it anyway.  The Bialetti Aeternum line of cookware have become my "go to" cooking pans.

Their modern look compliments my kitchen and the eco friendly cooking technology utilized in the making of this line.  The Aeternum cookware line is free of PFOA, PTFE and Cadmium.

The interior features a new white "nano-ceramic" coating.   "Nano-ceramic" is a water-based coating made of titanium and suspended silicate micro-particles (the main component of glass).  This material resists scratches, abrasions and offers a smooth, compact and uniform surface that makes it easier to clean.  Try as I might, I simply can't mess these pans up, even the most burnt disaster wipes clean. I'm equally amazed that the myriad of red sauces I have used cause no staining to the white interior.  Oh and did I mention they can go right in the dishwasher?
The Bialetti Aeternum line is available in 8", 10.25" and 12" saute pans, as well as a deep saute pan & a 2 qt. model.  They can be purchased online at BialettiShop.com.

*Much thanks to Bialetti for providing me with these pans for my review.
