The trick-or-treating time arrived and while "Chocolate Milk Cormac" was awake and ready to go along with "50s Girl Cordelia" and "Facebook Hayden" our "Oreo Cookie Declan" was still napping. Uh oh!
We had no choice and woke Declan. This made for the most frightening part of the day. He was grumpy and wanted no part of going places in funny looking apparel even with the promise of candy. My quickie photo session plans of the twins in their darling garb were scrapped. A lollipop bribe coaxed him into his wagon and off we went ...
Declan finally came around, perhaps when the sugar kicked in, and donned his costume at times to join in on the trick-or-treat action. In the end, a good time (and lots of candy) was had by all.
"Did you make those costumes yourself?" was a popular question. Yes I did, no sew instructions to make the Facebook Costume as well the Milk & Cookies Costumes are linked below:

Hope everyone enjoyed their day! Left over candy or simply gathered too much? You can send it to the troops via Operation Gratitude.
