To kick off a new year of Gifts to Grow and celebrate parents everywhere, Pampers has launched a Facebook contest and other activities to award parents for all they do each and every day — from being a Kitchen Commander or Star Photographer to tackling Meal Time and Potty Training. Parents can now also visit the Pampers Facebook page to nominate a friend, family member or even themselves to be recognized as a real “Unsung Hero” by sharing various awards via the Facebook platform. Parents will also be able to receive special incentives and rewards from Pampers Gifts to Grow catalog, as well as enter to win a signed diaper bag from Frankel.
Celebrity mom Bethenny Frankel has joined forces with Pampers in an effort to celebrate & honor all that parents do. As one of the 18 members of the newly formed Pampers Baby Board, I was recently offered the opportunity to interview Bethenny Frankel in regards to her involvement with this Pampers program as well as on parenthood in general. Unfortunately, my schedule conflicted. However, I do have a quote from Ms. Frankel I was sent to share. “Motherhood is the most amazing thing I’ve ever done in my life — but it’s also a lot of hard work,” added Frankel. “Parents everywhere wear so many honorable ribbons everyday likely without even knowing it. It’s time we celebrate all that hard work!”
Consumers can visit www.pampers.com and look for the Gifts to Grow link to start entering codes found inside qualifying Pampers wipes, diapers and training pant product packages. The website will keep track of the points and when ready, parents can redeem them for fun rewards.
P.S. I received this Pampers offer in an email today I wanted to share. When you pick up any two of these Pampers items, get a $5 Target GiftCard at your favorite Target store: Swaddlers 52 ct to 92 ct, Cruisers 48 ct to 80 ct, Baby Dry 56 ct to 112 ct, & Easy Ups 54 ct to 68 ct. This offer is good from 2/1/2011 to 2/5/2011. Offer available in Target stores only.
P.S.S. A big thank you to Pampers for the welcome basket full of gifts sent to myself and fellow Pampers Baby Board Members. I've taken cover from this Chicago blizzard in the included warm robe and I am happy to have a spare pack or two of diapers in the house.
