I first tried this new product while visiting Kraft kitchens last November and had been dying to try it at home ever since. It's sort of a cream cheese that is pre melted down into consistency easily folded in with your favorite ingredients for a yummy quick meal. Recipe suggestions are included on the package itself with another recipe or two under the cover for further variety. Kraft recently sent me all four flavors to play around with at home. I used the Italian Cheese & Herb as a sauce for some basic Gnocchi with a bit of cooked ham & peas. It was a huge hit! Also a crowd pleaser was the Enchilada suggestion on the back of the Santa Fe Blend. Mmm!
