| What You Need |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese |
2/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise |
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard |
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry |
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained, chopped |
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained, chopped |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
Make It |
PLACE cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl. Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 min. or until well blended. |
ADD remaining ingredients. Stir gently until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. |
SERVE with Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers. |
