Creamy Mediterranean Dip

Memorial Day Weekend means gathering with friends and family around here.  Need to bring a dip?  Here's one I borrowed from Kraft Foods:
Two dip favorites, spinach and artichoke, get a makeover in this brand new spin on a classic.

Prep Time: 10 min. | Total Time: 2 hours 10 min. | Makes: 24 servings
What You Need
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
Make It
PLACE cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard in large bowl. Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 min. or until well blended.
ADD remaining ingredients. Stir gently until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
SERVE with Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
Substitute:
Substitute GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard for GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard.
Serving Suggestion: 
Serve with TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers.
