No Name Premium Meats #food #giveaway

Individual wrapped cuts of steak, chicken, or seafood ready to go in my freezer are a life saver in a busy home such as ours.  You can make 1 or you can make 7 whenever.  It's not unusual for me to be unsure about who is going to be around for dinner, or exactly when someone is going to need to eat.  Sometimes we have an extra guest or two and other times we are minus a few.  You know how that goes.

Take last night as an example ...



Hubby was away on a business trip, so he wouldn't be home for dinner.

My second oldest son had practice for one basketball team and a game for another.  This meant he needed to eat by 4:45pm or wait until he returned home again at 9:30pm.  I pulled out a single steak and cooked it on my indoor grill from the frozen state which is a choice on the directions.  It was done in about 20 minutes and he loved it.  Off to practice he went ...

I tossed on a couple more steaks on the indoor grill when my oldest came home at 5:30 from the gym.  The twins joined him for that meal and I waited for my daughter.  I did sample a smidge of the steak from the twins, they really are a high quality meat.  My oldest headed over to watch his brother's game ...

Meal number 3 was prepared at around 6:45pm when my daughter came home from dance.  She and I both had the Chicken Parmesan.  The chicken was really good and the coating of parmesan was just right.  I'm not a fan of those that get too cheesy.  It must have looked yummy, because the twins ended up eating a bunch of it too.  A little steak, a little chicken ... ahh it's good to be 3.

The steak and the chicken were all from No Name Premium Meats.  They have seafood I've samples as well.  I've found all the options to be quite good.  I picked them up in the freezer section at the local Jewel Grocery Store here in town, but they can also be found at other grocers as well as ordered online.
