The other night we needed a relatively quick easy dinner and I decided to go with an old standby, grilled cheese sandwiches. What's more simple than a grilled cheese sandwich? All one needs is three ingredients; a couple pieces of bread, a couple slices of cheese, and a good tasting butter. Even simpler was the fact that the butter I used, Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil, only contains 3 ingredients as well; sweet cream, canola oil and salt.
It wasn't a fancy meal (you probably won't be seeing friends pinning this one of Pinterest), but it was a meal everyone ate without any coaxing or debates. Nice and simple. As for the butter? It had a pleasant natural taste to it which cooked up nicely and left our warm sandwiches tasting like a wholesome meal.
